“In an age when service and a simple thank you are as rare as other common courtesies, I’d like to express my appreciation to the staff at the Doubletree, Southcenter, but in particular to Steve, who was working the front desk (I later found out he was the manager). Hilton Honors has been great, but Steve really made me feel my needs would be taken care of, and they were! Steve has a great anticipation of a customer’s needs and his friendly demeanor made me feel as if I were home with friends, instead of at a hotel thousands of miles from loved ones.
